Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished EPIC COGITO & RADAR Analyst. ___________________________________________________

Location: San Francisco CA 94104 (REMOTE)
Epic Certification: Certified in Epic Cogito, Radar, and/or Reporting Workbench. Additional certifications in Epic modules related to reporting, such as Clarity and Caboodle, can be beneficial.
Experience with Epic Systems: Hands-on experience working with Epic’s Cogito suite, including Radar dashboards and Reporting Workbench. Proficiency in using Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases for comprehensive reporting.
SQL and Data Management: Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and creating complex reports. Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Proven experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Epic. Ability to translate clinical, business, and regulatory requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.


Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical and administrative processes, and regulatory requirements. Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably within a hospital or large healthcare system.
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used in healthcare. Ability to create reports that support clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.


Regulatory and Quality Reporting:

Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., Understanding of CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) reporting requirements and other federal and state regulations.
Quality Reporting: Experience with quality reporting programs such as Meaningful Use, MACRA, MIPS, and HEDIS. Ability to develop reports and dashboards to track and improve quality measures and patient outcomes.
Experience in preparing and submitting data for quality certifications and audits.


Certified in Epic Cogito, Radar, and/or Reporting Workbench (required).
Additional certifications in Epic modules related to reporting, such as Clarity and Caboodle, Regulatory and Quality Reporting Badge, can be beneficial.
