We have committed to achieving net zero by 2040.To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit Global Staffing Applicant Tracking System Infinite Kenexa Job Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and technically proficient HRIS Workday Integration Specialist to manage and enhance our HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday integrations and Exit Management processes.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing HR operations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and improving the employee offboarding experience.
HRIS Management: Maintain and support the HR Information System HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user access controls.
Workday Integration WDInt: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal external systems.
Monitor integration performance and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline exit procedures and improve user experience.
Ensure all HRIS, and integration processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, integration mappings, and process flows.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.3 6 years of experience in HRIS management and Workday integrations.
Handson experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations e.g., Experience with other HR platforms e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.Familiarity with scripting or programming languages used in integrations e.g., XSLT, XML, REST APIs HCLTech is not the employer for this role.
