Metrology Equipment Technician performs functions associated with photomask production including equipment and operations.
The technician may be responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and in charge of updating training manuals.
The technician may participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.
faliure analysis(SEM/TEM)” , “Semiconductor manufacturing”
Bachelor’s degree (REQUIRED) in a related field (e.g. material science, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience = 5 or less years of work exp in field
Experience with Metrology equipment (SEM, AFM, scatterometry, etc) preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
