We welcome all therapists, regardless of experience level. * We have a career ladder and growth opportunities, including managerial positions, trainer positions, lead positions and clinical specialist positions. *Responsibilities:** Support students in improving speech, language, and communication skills for success in the classroom and beyond. * Assess, plan, and deliver engaging therapy sessions based on each student's individual needs. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment. * Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP goals. * Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPAs and other support staff. * Be a positive part of a caring school community that helps every child find their voice*Who we are:* Speech Improvement Center is a private practice specializing in pediatric population (ages 1-18). We provide speech language services, as well as early intervention and child development services. *We have 14 locations in CA.
