PROJECT DESIGNER (HOME REMODELING/INTERIOR DESIGN)
Are you passionate about reshaping the residential remodeling landscape? We are looking for an experienced Project Designer to help us redefine customer experiences and set new industry benchmarks.

Candidates must be local to the Northern VA/Metro DC area. Work schedule includes time in the office, in the field and remote.

**A demonstrated passion for home remodeling design
A record of high performance and professional achievement
Experience with CAD software needed, Chief Architect preferred
Strong project management skills
Strong detail orientation, self-disciplined, creative, and confident, problem solving and job coordination skills, communication, and critical thinking skills
Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred
Kitchen and Bath design experience

**Ensure a positive and exciting design experience for the homeowner
Take the homeowner from the beginning of the project to completion
Serve as the design resource on the team driving influencing the sales, design, and construction experience
Manage the design and purchasing of cabinets and all selection items
