At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we’re clinician-owned, which means we actually understand what it’s like in the field. No micromanaging, no mileage mystery math — just real support, flexible schedules, and a team that gets it. We’re growing fast (on purpose), and we’re looking for a Per Diem COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) in the Springfield residential area of Massachusetts who are ready to ditch the cookie-cutter hours and make a difference — without burning out. ________________________________________ Flexible Scheduling: Work mornings, afternoons, or the sweet spot in between. Full-Time Benefits: dental and vision — the works. Mileage Reimbursement: $0.62/mile — we won’t let your gas tank suffer. What You'll Be Doing: Provide in-home occupational therapy treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT (no trust falls, we promise). Track progress, adapt plans, and help patients crush their daily goals. Document clearly and efficiently in our user-friendly EMR.
