The Nash Women s Center offers a personalized and family-centered childbirth experience with advanced technology and compassionate care. Patients enjoy spacious labor and delivery suites equipped for comfort, including private bathrooms and sleeper sofas, as well as services for all childbirth types, including inductions, C-sections, and emergency care. The 24-hour anesthesia team provides a variety of pain management options, from natural methods to epidurals, ensuring flexibility and comfort during labor. For unexpected needs, the Center s special care nursery is equipped to provide expert attention to babies. Nash General Hospital currently sees approximately 1,100 annual deliveries.

Originally established as a railroad town, it has grown into a hub for commerce and community in the region. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy the Tar River Trail, which provides scenic views and recreational activities along the river. Ob Hospitalist Group began in 2006 and leads the industry in developing and managing in-house OB/GYN hospitalist programs. OBHG was founded to make care safer for moms and babies, and help OB/GYNs achieve balance in their own lives.
