This role is unique because unlike most financial advisor positions, the primary function and responsibility of this person is not sales. A SCRP manages, updates and takes 100% ownership over every aspect of their clients retirement success.


Lead annual reviews , tax planning meetings , and ongoing strategy discussions 
· Deliver an unmatched client experience across investment, insurance, legal, and tax 
· Be the central relationship driver, supported by our in-house team of CPAs, attorneys , and client service professionals 
· We have built a model that removes the barriers most financial planners face: 

· Flat Fee we do not charge a % AUM model based on clients assets under management we charge the same flat fee for our client based on the services we provide 
· No product pushing our model is built around education, planning, and transparency using a blend of equities and insurance products 
· Full-service support with in-house legal, tax, and client service teams, youre not alone in delivering value and have many of our resources just down the hall

 
Salary + Uncapped Bonuses (Not Commission-Only)  

· Retirement Planner (24 years experience): $100,000 - 125,000 starting salary  
· Health, dental, and vision insurance 
· Life insurance 

Youll be meeting existing clients your goal is to ensure that their retirement needs are met

~3+ years of client-facing and servicing financial planning or advisor experience
