EMT International, a leading provider of digital finishing solutions, is seeking an Electrical Bench Assembler with a strong understanding of electrical principles, lock out tag out procedures, and electrical schematics and diagrams. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our contracted printing presses through precise electrical assembly. Electrical Bench Assembler Responsibilities:
Electrical Assembly :
Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Assemble electrical cables, install wiring harnesses, route, and secure wiring.
Terminate cables precisely to ensure stable and reliable electrical connections.
Execute lock out tag out procedures to ensure the safe de-energization of machinery during assembly activities.
Component Inspection and Testing :
Inspect and conduct thorough testing and calibration of electrical components to verify their functionality and compliance with specifications.
Identify any defects or discrepancies and resolve electrical issues to ensure all assemblies function correctly and to maintain high quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during the assembly.

Electrical Assembler Qualifications:
~1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly, preferably within manufacturing environment.
~ Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
~ Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
