Replace a physician who is relocating closer to family. 20 bed Hospital built in 2015 normally runs 8-10 inpatients. 4-10 s or 5-8 s / week Monday - Friday you round on your own patients - if you have any admitted. Weekend coverage is 1:4 (8-10 patients) NP Hospitalist on staff that does ordering, H&P, Discharge Summary, etc. so you only see the patients and give the NP hospitalist directions/orders. Hospital built a new Rehab Center in 2020 and did an 11M dollar expansion of the hospital adding a new Medical Center.
