(Ci) seeks dynamic and vibrant professionals who can share their unique talents and make their mark within our growing and highly collaborative architectural firm which works in several thriving markets with practices in science and technology, mixed-use and residential, mission critical, workplace and industrial manufacturing. Within each of these practices, our team provides exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, procurement, strategy and change management. Ci is seeking a motivated and experienced industry professional to contribute to our architectural projects in our Boston office. Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications: 3-7 years of professional experience Prepare and technical design of diverse projects Analyze and propose design solutions to meet client needs Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants Assist with project specifications Tasks that require innovative techniques and procedures Project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements Multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving Comfortable producing construction documents for various projects Excellent design and presentation skills; capable of engaging with clients and consultants Proficient in architectural design, material & systems detailing and envelope systems design Able to self-direct and work well under deadlines, while managing multiple projects Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (also Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse projects Supportive and collaborative work environment Professional development and mentorship Competitive compensation and benefits package This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced designer looking to take on challenging projects, lead design initiatives and leverage their extensive experience in shaping significant architectural endeavors.
