This role is a GenAI startup building software for B2B sales workflows. The company has raised pre-seed funding and is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the build of its core platform. Overview Head of Engineering (GenAI / Sales Tech) Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid / Remote). Base pay: $180k + Equity. The Head of Engineering will own architecture, infrastructure, and product development, working directly with two founders and guiding a small engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has scaled early-stage products and wants the freedom to shape both the technology and the team.
