Job scope: Program, Setup and run Citizen Swiss machines and Haas Mill/Turn centers. Most of our work is high volume production in aluminum and stainless steel. The right candidate will be able to take the parts from print to volume production with little to no assistance. Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity. Must have 3+ years as a machinist doing set-up, editing, programming and running Citizen Machines. If you do not have any Haas Lathe experience please feel free to apply we have time to teach the right candidate how to run and operate these machines. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, willing to learn and grow in the field, punctual, easy to get a long with, and keeps a tidy work area Requirements: 3 years of related experience operating a Citizen CNC multi axis screw machines or combination of other similar machining disciplines. Proficient in the use of handheld measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints Ability to work on their own and stay on task as to meet production needs. Demonstrates the ability to manage time and resources effectively. Demonstrates behaviors and attitudes that emphasize and focus on permanent resolutions to problems and collaboratively work with other employees within work group to achieve goals. Knowledge of all tooling and material types used during production, including uncommon and unconventional tools, with the ability to alter tools to achieve desired results.
