Your impact We're looking for a Senior Construction Manager to be based in the Irvine, CA area who is excited about working on projects supporting our clients' business and business practices. You will be expected to be able to work with clients and contractors with the knowledge of construction practices including change management, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, estimating, price negotiations, and oversight of d ay-to-day activities. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, , or related discipline 15+ years of proven experience in Construction Management working on County Public Work projects. Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements. Knowledge of current and upcoming relevant local, regional, state and federal regulations governing design, construction, contracting, environmental, and safety measures Experience with projects utilizing alternative project delivery. Experience supporting clients on multiple capital projects. Required to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record Ideally, you'll also have: Current and valid registration as a licensed Professional Architect or Engineer in the State of California Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification Proven experience and knowledge with Caltrans Transportation projects #WestPMCM Posted Salary Range: Minimum 150,500.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 235,250.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
