Job Title: Marketing Associate (Content Creation & Graphic Design) Location: Kent, Washington (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25 per hour Job Summary: We at BILLY Footwear are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will focus on content creation, with a strong emphasis on video production and graphic design, to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create engaging digital and print content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities: ● Video & Multimedia Content: Create and edit short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) and other multimedia assets for digital platforms. This includes being comfortable both behind and in front of the camera as needed. ● Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, presentations, brochures, and other marketing assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. ● Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials. ● Social Media Management: Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity. ● Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels. ● Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. ● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance marketing efforts. ● Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to execute marketing initiatives effectively. ● Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ● Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). ● Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content. ● Basic knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing trends. ● Comfortable creating and appearing in short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Video editing skills in CapCut or other mobile editing platforms. (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro are a plus)● Experience or knowledge of website and email management platforms such as Shopify and Dotdigital. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive content. ● Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques. ● Understanding of TikTok Shop.
