The Project Management is a warehouse site management role which is responsible for
# Site process improvement which covers receiving, put-away, picking, rebin, packing, pre-shiping, shiping, etc.
# Warehouse Standard Work establishment and implementation.
# Best practice sharing across NA warehouse network.


Identify all kinds of opportunities in warehouse and define kaizen projects and project charter.

~ Direct warehouse business planning, process implementation, process improvement to ensure

Continually improve safety, quality, on-time-delivery and productivity of all processes like receiving, putaway, picking, rebin, packing, pre-shipping/shipping, etc.
Provide constructive feedback and additional coaching as needed to address performance improvement opportunities.
As the warehouse POC, coordinates relevant departments to learn the new system tool, conducts grayscale testing and employee training.

4+ years of related work experience.
~ Proven track record as a program/project management role in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
~ Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and WMS/TMS.
~ Certification in PMP, Lean, Six-sigma is a plus.
