Own engineering execution : Ensure products are shipped reliably, securely, and at startup velocity.
Create systems that balance speed with quality as we grow.
Partner with product and GTM : Align engineering with customer needs and market demands.
Enable the CTO : Take ownership of day-to-day engineering so the CTO can focus on company-level strategy.
