Job Description
CMM PROGRAMMER / QUALITY INSPECTOR Create CMM inspection routines to verify product conformance ~ Extremely proficient in CMM programming utilizing PC-Dmis software ~ 5+ years experience in CMM inspection (preferably aerospace) ~ Able to perform AS9102 first article inspection to verify part conformance ~ Able to understand and interpret customer drawings and specifications ~ Advanced knowledge of MBD software and utilizing CAD models for CMM inspection (Catia V5, Enovia, PC-Dmis) ~ Experience using portable CMM (Romer Arm with RSX laser scanner utilizing PC-Dmis software) ~ Able to generate non-conformance reports based on inspection results ~ Able to interpret CMM inspection reports and communicate findings effectively ~ Well versed in quality inspection and use of hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gage, etc...) ~ 5+ years experience in aerospace machine shop required ~ nCompany Description A&M Engineering is a CNC machine shop that manufactures aircraft parts, missile components, and assemblies for military and commercial airplanes.
