Job Title: Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Springfield, MO Overview: Join our team as a Locum OB Hospitalist and play a vital role in providing exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care in a dynamic hospital setting. Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active medical license with OB hospitalist privileges in Missouri Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience managing obstetric patients, including high-risk pregnancies Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently during 24-hour shifts Commitment to providing patient-centered care Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in Level 3 NICU settings Experience managing gynecologic emergencies Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent OB hospitalist experience Prior work in Level 3 NICU or high-acuity obstetric environments Other Requirements: Availability to start on December 31, 2025 Willingness to work 24-hour shifts Compliance with all hospital and state licensing requirements Travel and certification reimbursements available when applicable This exceptional opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $218.40, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
