With state-of-the-art facilities and a focus on professional growth, this is the perfect environment for an enthusiastic caregiver. Job Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care in a Level IV NICU environment, managing a range of complex neonatal cases. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for neonates. Participate in rotating shifts across three hospitals, within a short driving distance to enhance flexibility. Utilize advanced technology and best practices to deliver top-tier neonatal care. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge relevant to neonatology and participate in ongoing education. Qualifications: Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing. Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted). At least 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a neonatal setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. License and Certification Requirements: Active Florida RN License or willingness to obtain. DEA certification must be obtained prior to start.
