Senior Internal Auditor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage SOX compliance efforts across assigned business processes within the Americas region Conduct walkthroughs with process owners to understand key operations and identify control gaps Perform detailed testing to assess control effectiveness and document findings in the SOX platform Participate in root cause analysis for control issues and evaluate remediation efforts Collaborate with audit leadership to identify and implement improvements in audit methodology and program efficiency Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 4-5+ years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or financial controls, with a focus on SOX 404 Proven ability to manage end-to-end SOX programs and lead audit projects independently Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and governance practices Experience using audit tools and data analysis software such as ACL or similar platforms Qualifications: CPA, CIA, or other relevant certification preferred or in progress Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Effective communicator with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting external audits and contributing to fraud investigations or special projects REF #50945 #LI-DD1
