Position: IT Field Tech
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Travel Required)
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Field Tech to join their team
Join a dynamic team as an IT Field Support Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology operations across various locations. This opportunity offers you the chance to travel extensively, work remotely, and grow within the company, with potential full-time positions available based on performance. Dive into a role filled with diverse responsibilities and the excitement of nationwide travel
Install and test equipment in new and existing stores
Train store personnel on equipment usage
Coordinate projects with operations and vendors
Ensure network infrastructure is wired and tested
Decide equipment placement for optimal customer flow
Travel nationwide to various store locations
Basic network installation experience
Valid driver's license
Knowledge in Microsoft Office use
Excellent customer service skills

Travel involves both car and plane, typically 2-3 weeks per month
