We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage moderately complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations, scheduling, safety & quality
Manage subcontractors, project site, and work plans
Lead project meetings and ensure accurate project documentation
Monitor budgets, productivity, and project timelines
Collaborate with project management on change orders and deliverables
Support business development and client relationship building
Mentor field teams and support D&I culture
Qualifications:
8+ years of commercial construction experience
5+ years in field supervision
Experience managing $20M+ projects
Strong leadership, scheduling & risk management skills
High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred)
Note: Role would be based in KC or a Midwest office location - Kansas City, Omaha, Iowa City, Des Moines, Minneapolis, but will travel full-time for extended periods (can be years at a time) to any Midwest job needs across the US.
