We install fully engineered HVAC systems on some of the most complex residential homes in the country (avg job size = 6000 sq/ft) Ideal candidates will have experience servicing different types of residential HVAC systems including: furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and geothermal units. All candidates with ductwork, HVAC, or carpentry experience please apply Employee Full-Time (year-round) Approximately 40-50 hours per week (Paid Overtime) Pay determined by experience On-Island Housing Available High School Diploma (or GED) required Looking for highly motivated and self-directed learners. Sheet-metal license preferred/training available. Candidates must be able to problem solve and work independently. *Summary* As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Reporting to the HVAC Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in refrigeration and HVAC to ensure optimal system performance. Your premium skills in construction and schematics will aid in complex installations, while your relevant skills in mechanical knowledge and equipment repair will enhance service quality. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic work environment.
