Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Listing Specialist for a full-time role located on-site in Manhattan, NY. The role involves accurately entering and managing data in company databases, creating and maintaining product listings, and ensuring information is up to date and error-free. Additional tasks include assisting with administrative duties, handling routine data verification, and collaborating with the team to support operational needs. The ideal candidate will support the team in maintaining efficient workflows for data entry and product updates to meet business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Excel - Typing and strong Computer Literacy Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team effectively Experience in Customer Service and addressing inquiries professionally Strong Administrative Assistance skills and attention to accuracy and detail Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing processes is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus Salary: $50,000 - $70,000聽
