Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner; perform side work to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas. Provide quality guest service experience, maintaining friendliness and a smile during all interactions
Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices in order to insure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders
Serve tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as your supervisor requested
Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise
Follow all cash handling procedures as listed in the Food & Beverage Manual
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One (1) year experience as a server in a fast paced environment preferred
Must have cash handling experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Provide excellent guest service
Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino
