You will play an active role in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering positive employee relations. HR Generalist Key Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Assist in employee relations, resolving issues and ensuring a positive workplace.
