What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and stabilize patients presenting with a variety of acute illnesses and injuries within the Emergency Department. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for emergency cases. Utilize your clinical expertise to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed. Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies to facilitate accurate diagnoses. Provide clear communication and patient education throughout the emergency care process. Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and interventions thoroughly and efficiently within the Cerner electronic medical records system. Who You Are: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a current and active license to practice medicine (no state restrictions mentioned). Board-certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) (required). Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (required).
