This role is for a Superintendent who knows how to run complex, regulated projects —and wants to be compensated like it.
We are a top-tier General Contractor with over $2 BILLION in active local Bay Area project backlog , delivering high-quality commercial, life sciences, and healthcare projects . Our pipeline is deep, local, and stable—no chasing work, no slowdowns.
Project Types
Life sciences & laboratory facilities
Healthcare & OSHPD-regulated projects
Complex commercial & technical builds
Occupied renovations and mission-critical environments
ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment)
Design-Build
Phased and occupied construction environments
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Manage subcontractors, sequencing, inspections, and daily field operations
Enforce safety, quality, and compliance—critical in healthcare & lab settings
Drive schedules, coordinate closely with Project Managers, and resolve issues proactively
Serve as the on-site authority representing the company to owners and inspectors
5+ years of Superintendent experience with General Contractors in California
~ Strong experience in commercial, life sciences, and/or healthcare construction
~ Deep understanding of California codes, inspections, and safety requirements
~ Proven ability to independently run complex, schedule-driven projects
~ Bay Area project experience strongly preferred
Non-Union Superintendents
~ 20% profit-sharing program tied directly to project performance
Union Superintendents
~ 20% profit-sharing program in addition to union benefits
Work supported by a $2BN+ local project backlog
