Lead field operations for all self-performed and subcontracted work on the Indianapolis project. Implement and enforce a strong safety culture with regular inspections and compliance checks. Manage jobsite sequencing, logistics, personnel, and materials to keep the project on schedule. Maintain consistent quality standards and deliver work that exceeds client expectations. Develop and manage project schedules, leading meetings to ensure alignment with stakeholders. Mentor, coach, and build a strong on-site project team. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and partners. Participate in cost tracking, staffing, and closeout activities including punch lists and training. Resolve conflicts and challenges with forward-thinking solutions to keep projects on track. Represent the company professionally while traveling and on-site with clients and partners. 6–10 years of field management experience in large-scale commercial construction . ~ Proven experience managing ground-up projects and coordinating all trades. ~ Successful track record delivering warehouses, big box, and other large commercial projects valued at $50M+ . ~ Advanced knowledge of OSHA and building regulations. ~ Leadership qualities: accountable, collaborative, adaptable, innovative, and resilient. #
