Shipping and Receiving Clerk We are seeking a diligent and skilled Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role involves handling the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining an organized inventory system within our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move or hoist materials to the appropriate departments or areas. Utilize the stretch wrap and banding equipment effectively. Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages. Physically receive raw materials and validate them against supplier packing slips. Perform the Receipt of Goods process using our ERP program. Execute the 'put-away' process to move received parts to their designated locations. Participate in the Material Kitting function as needed. Prepare outbound shipments with accuracy. Maintain both physical and digital inventory locations. Keep the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while adhering to prescribed safety regulations. Essential Skills Experience in production, assembly, sub-assembly, mechanical, electrical, and wiring processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Knowledge of shipping and receiving, kitting, logistics, packing, and picking. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with ERP programs for inventory and logistics management. Ability to operate lift trucks and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Attention to detail for validating materials and recording discrepancies.

& Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasanton, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00
- $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
