We are on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Product (IC) to join our thriving SaaS messaging oriented campaign and fundraising product organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems.
Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
Drive the full product lifecycle, including ideation, research, design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to deliver world-class products that meet the needs of our customers.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use this information to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Measure and report on product performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of technology trends, and the ability to apply this knowledge in product development.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making.
A customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of user experience and design principles.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
