Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 125-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts Jan 5, 2026, and offers day shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be board certified in family practice or internal medicine, possess experience working with native populations, and have a background in tribal or rural health settings. Job Details Location: Wisconsin Start Date: Jan 5, 2026 LOA: 125 days Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive general family practice care to patients Deliver healthcare services tailored to the needs of the native population Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies Adhere to organizational protocols and standards of care Additional Information Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Experience in tribal health or rural health settings preferred Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in any state Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
