Competitive Compensation: DOE + Performance Bonuses 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment: Join a strong FSQA team with growth opportunities Job Details Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts Key Responsibilities & Duties: Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Disassemble machinery to remove and repair parts Identify defective parts and replace or repair as needed Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment Operate advanced machinery and shop equipment Reassemble machinery after inspections, testing, or repairs Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas Respond to emergency call-ins within 30 minutes during off-hours Use tools ranging from hand and power tools to precision instruments Operate PIT equipment such as forklifts and powered jacks Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications (Needed): High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or related field Valid driver’s license Experience in plant or industrial environment, including cold/damp conditions Strong problem-solving and basic math skills Proficient in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipefitting/plumbing, electrical wiring, and motor maintenance Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, bend, twist, and work at heights Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or trade certification preferred Knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and EEO regulations preferred Interested in hearing more?
