Superintendent – Commercial Construction 📍 Charleston, SC 💰 $100,000 – $140,000 + Benefits A reputable General Contractor in Charleston is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial, retail, restaurant, and healthcare projects throughout the Lowcountry. Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and code compliance Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics Work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation Requirements 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Proven ground-up commercial construction experience Retail, restaurant, or healthcare project background preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Procore or similar construction software preferred What’s Offered Base salary: $100,000 – $140,000 Company truck provided Fuel reimbursement Strong project pipeline with local work Stable company with long-term growth opportunities
