Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial in coordinating between various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, specifically in the healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors.
Manage day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project status.
Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in hospitals, schools, and commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and regulations, specifically in healthcare and education sectors.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
