Brighton Solutions is seeking a UX/UI Designer for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a suite of modern digital platforms and connected web applications. This position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong end-to-end product design experience, from discovery and research through final UX/UI delivery.

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for executing high-quality user experience and interface design across modern, responsive web applications and digital products. This role plays a key part in shaping product direction by translating user needs and business requirements into elegant, functional design solutions.

3+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design in an enterprise environment
~ Portfolio showcasing at least three real-world case studies demonstrating end-to-end design work.
~ Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools), including auto-layout, component libraries, variables, and prototyping.
~ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
~ Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design outcomes.
~ Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
~ Curiosity and willingness to stay current with UX tools, technologies, and design patterns.
