Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers. Conduct site visits to assess scope and risks. Prepare material, labor, and equipment take-offs. Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Develop cost breakdowns and proposals. Attend bid meetings and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (preferred). 5+ years of estimating experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Skilled in estimating software, math, and analysis.
