We’re looking for someone who’s spent years in the field, knows mechanical systems inside and out, and thrives on building long-term customer partnerships. If you’re a professional who can connect technical solutions with client needs — and you take pride in being the person customers trust most — we want to meet you. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial HVAC clients Develop long-term relationships built on reliability, service, and results Survey and assess systems to create accurate, cost-effective solutions Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure project success Monitor project performance and profitability Represent Bumler Mechanical with professionalism, integrity, and pride 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (service, install, or project management) ~3+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or account management ~ Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, service agreements, and project workflows ~ Strong communication, estimating, and relationship-building skills ~ Tech-savvy with CRM tools and Microsoft Office ~ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health, dental, and 401(k) Paid holidays and time off Ongoing training and professional development About Bumler Mechanical Since 1946, Bumler Mechanical has delivered trusted HVAC sheet metal and piping solutions throughout Metro Detroit. We bring decades of experience in mechanical contracting and temperature control systems.
