This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving systems, and supporting users across the business. What You'll Take Ownership Of Serve as the go-to resource for Prophet21 ERP support Manage user access, permissions, and system controls Diagnose and resolve ERP issues while triaging tickets effectively Lead user training and build clear documentation Monitor system performance, audits, and data integrity Support ERP updates, patches, workflows, customizations, and integrations Contribute to development using C# and SQL. Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts Spot opportunities for automation and process improvement Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and third-party integration partners What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field 2–3 years of experience with C#, SQL, .NET Hands-on experience with an ERP system (Prophet21 preferred) Background working with IT ticketing systems Strong understanding of business processes & ERP workflows Clear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical users Strong analytical mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities Why This Role Matters You'll be central to improving system efficiency, reducing operational friction, and ensuring teams across the company have the tools and support they need to succeed.
