About the Role
A leading banking firm is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Account Representative to join their team in a fast-paced financial service center. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional client support.
What You'll Do
Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding Brokerage account inquiries
Provide accurate, efficient, and compliant service to all clients
Assist customers with:
Brokerage Cash Management products
Online & Mobile App support
General account and financial-related questions
Meet key performance metrics while maintaining world-class service standards
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Multitask and adapt quickly to changing procedures or client needs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
