Directors are responsible for architecting leadingedge solutions for our clients that meet and exceed their most complex business needs, ensuring the success of multifaceted client engagements, generating new business opportunities, delivering sales and industry presentations, participating in negotiations, and closing contracts for new work. Experience And Role Description Ability to develop and own Hurons AI GoToMarket (GTM) strategy to drive revenuegenerating AI solutions in partnership with Industry and Digital Capability Leads Lead AI solution sales and product development, from ideation to launch, pricing strategy, build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, feature development and postlaunch improvement Track and analyze AI product pipeline and performance, refining market fit through datadriven insights and rapid iteration Deep industry knowledge in 1+ industries plus proven ability to tailor solutions and GTM plans based on industry and effectively communicate to Executivelevel stakeholders Proven experience transforming business processes and deploying AI solutions in enterprisegrade production environments Proficient in program and financial management, project delivery, client and team leadership and relationship management Thought partner to Digital and AICC leadership on operating model and scaling for sustainable AI solution design and delivery Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 12+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprisescale transformation; embedding AI into multidisciplinary, integrative consulting teams 3+ years of experience in AI product management, with proven experience developing and delivering GoToMarket (GTM) strategies for Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Generative AI and related AI applications Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed consulting firm structures, building strategic partnerships with Industry, Capability, and Account leaders to cocreate AIdriven opportunities, shape client pursuits, and scale differentiated solutions Flexible living locations across US or Canada The estimated base salary for this job is $175,000 - $225,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
