The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience and willing to practice in multiple areas from general business and employment to insurance coverage. Responsibilities: Represent our diverse clientele in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to determine potential legal claims. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients. Engage in dispute resolution processes such as mediation or arbitration. Manage and oversee paralegals and junior attorneys. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, court decisions, and other legal developments that may affect our clients. Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations. Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Pennsylvania state bar. A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably with trial experience. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. A high degree of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
