JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Assurance Leadership · Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Apply promptly A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV. · Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks. · Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Automation Testing · Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools. · Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. · Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Offshore Coordination · Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams. · Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams. · Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback. · Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Documentation & Reporting · Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports. · Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders. · Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress). Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. · 6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role. · Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python. · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. xrczosw · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams
