We are representing a FORTUNE 500 logistics organization who is actively seeking a senior level Trade Compliance Analyst. This position will report to Director of Supply Chain who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP. This position requires 5 days/week onsite (no hybrid/remote option) ******

Seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to lead compliance activities of department
~ Trade Compliance Analyst will ensure that all trade compliance requirements are met, including managing the international shipping process, handling export and import documentation, and overseeing the use of licenses, exceptions, and exemptions.
~ Conducting internal audits, providing internal training, maintaining internal trade compliance processes and policies, and ensuring that compliance standards are consistently met.
~ Work closely with Director of Global Trade Compliance to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of all trade activities at the site.
~ Oversee trade compliance activities at the manufacturing location, ensuring full adherence to relevant export/import regulations.
~ Ensure the proper documentation is in place for international shipments, including Commercial Invoices, Electronic Export Information (EEI), Air Waybill (AWB), export licenses, and any applicable exceptions or exemptions.
~·Work closely with internal teams (logistics, shipping, legal, etc.) Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Trade Compliance and/or Import/Export experience
