The Client Services Specialist position is responsible for serving as the key point of contact for assigned clients throughout the annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting process. The Client Services Specialist is the point person for our clients and provides overall project management, including the proactive initiation of communications and delivery of services and resources to support the annual reporting process. This position is extremely client-focused, and one is expected to exercise mature judgment and communication proficiency while having the ability to identify and resolve problematic issues while providing the highest level of customer service. This position requires superior communication, writing abilities, and interpersonal skills. Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure that all records and information from which services are provided are received in a timely manner.
Collect data and analyze for accuracy, while monitoring client engagement and satisfaction.
College degree and/or two to four years of work experience that was client-facing and required consistent customer service etiquette and skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using Microsoft Windows PCs.
Required software: Industry experience related to Lumelight’s business or customer needs
Customer service orientation and commitment to responsive support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with CRM, HRIS, ERP, or other business systems, as applicable
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret information to support decisions
This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Equipment will be provided to you.
Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule. Extended hours and/or weekends will be required during the busiest season of ACA reporting, which mainly occurs in the first quarter of the calendar year.
