Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Construction Location: Westminster, CO About the Role Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Westminster, Colorado. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery - from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of water and wastewater treatment plant and pipeline projects. Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and contract specifications. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in water/wastewater construction project management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of treatment plant processes, pipelines, and underground utilities. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with design-build delivery methods. Familiarity with municipal and federal water/wastewater projects.
