Who You Are

You're a veteran Law & Motion attorney with experience drafting and arguing complex pre-trial motions in state and federal courts. You're energized by intricate legal puzzles and understand how strategic motion work can shape the trajectory of a case. You bring an incisive legal mind, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

· Draft and argue high-level motions including MSJs, demurrers, motions to strike, and discovery motions · Analyze complex legal issues to guide litigation strategy · Work closely with trial attorneys to identify and develop key legal theories and defenses · Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's legal thought leadership · Help shape the culture and systems of a new, agile, trial-focused firm What We're Looking For · J.
