Opened in 2020, the Pillars of Prospect Park is conveniently located off the light rail transit station and close to the metro bus near the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, MN. This senior living community features 133 Independent living, 106 assisted living, and 44 memory care apartments. Two buildings make up this vibrant community and also encompass an on-site Intergenerational Child Care Center. Managed by Ebenezer, Minnesota's largest senior living operator. The Receptionist provides front desk coverage and miscellaneous clerical support. 16 hours every two weeks ; Part Time ~7:00am
- 3:30pm Day Shift ~ Every other weekend Functions as receptionist for the building: Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors. Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person. Maintains workspace in a clean and orderly way to create the best “first impression” to customers. Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures. Provides clerical support as requested: May copy, collate, and file documents. Submit work orders in TELS to ensure timely response to resident requests. Copies, collates, files, records/documents as requested. Schedules and reserves various rooms and Guest Suites within the building. May order office supplies as needed. Manages, sorts, distributes building mail and package pickup for residents. Updates building Directories. May manage and reconcile Petty Cash High School Diploma/GED ~1 year related work experience in a related work environment Compensation: $16.30
