Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree required. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
Demonstrates leadership ability to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities, including managing department leaders, in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred. Requires interaction with co-workers, residents or vendors
Occasional weekend, evening or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage
Potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents
Possible exposure to various drugs, chemical, infectious, or biological hazards
Requires Travel: Leads the day-to-day operations of a larger community of 60-65 units and two product lines or 65-175 units with up to two product lines. Responsible for associate relations, resident and resident family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to become a preferred senior living community in the market, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team. Fosters an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.
Manage all operations within the community, interact with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members or representatives as necessary. Develops and implements business plans to become a preferred senior living community, and creates, analyzes, and executes annual operating and capital budgets; manages community performance against goals; plans to improve or maintain performance to Company service and financial standards. Build and maintain relationships with management, encourage teamwork, and cultivate an inclusive culture. ensure appropriate staffing levels and adherence to Company policies. Drive occupancy growth via renewal programs and partnerships with Resident Council. Oversee resident services, admissions, healthcare management, and resident documentation to ensure high quality services and compliance. Ensure care plans are reviewed with clinical teams and families to maintain resident dignity. Demonstrate financial acumen in budgeting, revenue, profitability, and occupancy goals. Collaborate with community sales leader to drive occupancy and revenue targets. Develop relationships with local influencers and leaders to raise community profile. Represent the community to governmental agencies and professional organizations as appropriate. Ensure facilities are maintained to Company standards and that licenses are kept current.
